PERSONAL:
Troy’s number one joy is being in nature. He lives near the beautiful mountains and Deseret Peak in Grantsville. Troy was an avid trail runner for two decades and completed numerous 50 and 100-mile trail endurance events. When he isn’t on the trails he may be practicing archery, traveling in his van, and visiting his children and grandchildren.
SPECIAL INTERESTS:
Troy’s favorite patient is one suffering from lower back, and neck pain and he enjoys the challenge of helping people in chronic pain. He experienced chronic lower back pain after a traumatic fall in his twenties (ask him how!) which led him to seek answers and travel the world to study with leading experts and world-renowned healers.
Troy enjoys treating runners with injuries and has spent over 20 years helping competitive athletes stay strong and running ultra-marathons from Death Valley to the Wasatch mountains. He loves to see runners get back to what they love.
Troy compliments his running and fitness with strength training and credits his time with the late Larry “Mr. Olympia” Scott as his motivation to become a physical therapist.
Troy loves his patients and considers them his PT family. He invites his patient family to reach out whenever they have concerns or problems or need advice to move better, be free of pain, and avoid medications, injections and surgery.
